D o o l i n   A r t i s t s

This is an association of professional artists who formed a group for the purpose of representing their artwork annually in an exhibition at the Russell Cultural Centre in Doolin.

This annual event (currently suspended) ran for five successful years and was very popular and well supported by locals and visitors alike.

It included paintings, drawings, etchings as well as various other printing techniques, photography, sculpture and installations. It also featured guests artists and had begun to highlight local student talent as well.

We hope 2008 will see the return of an art show to the Russell Cultural Centre. In the meantime, many of the artists continue to work locally and their work can be seen at various venues.
